Our experiences are designed for groups of 7 participants or more. We can typically accommodate up to 50–60 participants, depending on the number of scenarios booked.
For larger groups, a fixed time block booking may be required. For example, groups of around 50–60 participants may require a minimum booking duration of approximately 3 hours so multiple rooms can run simultaneously.
Yes. Group bookings can include multiple scenarios, allowing participants to experience different missions during the session. This is especially useful for larger teams where multiple rooms can run at the same time.
Yes. Private meeting rooms are available after the experience and can accommodate approximately 10–15 participants, making them suitable for team discussions, debriefs, or small group meetings.
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled game time for a full refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
